Proposed community greenhouse, kitchen, and guest quarters

Here is a write up about a remodel of the pool area into a community center with multiple functions, including serving as a gathering node, shelter from the elements, power and heat generating plant, and kitchen and guest quarters.

Sorry! We don't have any money to move forward with this exciting project. One of our residents is working on getting money to end our dependence on PGE for power and heat. Implementing this might very well accomplish those goals, as well as adding resilience to the community infrastructure.
